I-FEEDER · IRRIQUIP
CRM software terms
Effective date: 6 November 2026
Operators and scope
I-Feeder Technologies SA (Pty) Ltd and Irriquip CC jointly provide and operate this CRM. These terms govern authorised use of its customer, quotation, order, dispatch, repair and connected-accounting workflows. Features are available only where enabled and configured.
Authorised use
Authorised users receive a limited, non-transferable right to use the CRM for approved business purposes. Users must protect their sign-in details, respect assigned permissions, have authority to process the information they upload and promptly report suspected unauthorised access. Users must not bypass controls, upload malicious content, interfere with the service or access another organisation’s information without authority.
Business records and decisions
Users are responsible for checking the accuracy and completeness of information. Authorised personnel must verify the selected business, customer and product matches, prices, tax treatment, totals and recipients before approving documents or accounting actions. Automated document reading may make mistakes and requires human review. The CRM does not replace professional accounting, tax or legal judgement.
QuickBooks integration
QuickBooks is supplied by Intuit under its own terms. An authorised administrator must approve each company connection. I-Feeder and Irriquip connections are kept separate; users must confirm the QuickBooks company name before activating its CRM link.
Connecting a company does not itself create or send a quote or invoice. Transaction creation and customer delivery are available only when separately implemented, enabled and authorised. A CRM draft or preview is not proof that an accounting document has been created, sent, paid or accepted in QuickBooks.
Where an approval workflow is enabled, changes to an approved document may require fresh approval. Uncertain transaction or delivery results must be investigated before retrying to avoid duplication.
Information, deletion and disconnection
Users retain their rights in uploaded information and authorise the operators and relevant service providers to process it as needed to provide the service, as described in the privacy policy.
Eligible deleted attachments may be restored during the displayed retention period. Permanent deletion cannot be reversed through the normal CRM recovery process. Storage cleanup may take additional time, and separate legal, audit and backup retention arrangements may apply.
An authorised administrator may disconnect a QuickBooks company. Disconnection revokes the app’s access and removes its saved connection credentials. It does not cancel transactions, reverse accounting entries or automatically erase existing business records.
Availability, changes and access
The service depends partly on hosting, internet access and third-party services. The operators may maintain, update or temporarily restrict features and may suspend access to address misuse or security concerns. No uninterrupted-service commitment applies unless separately agreed in writing. Access may end when a user’s business authorisation ends; authorised administrators can assist with record-access requests subject to applicable retention requirements.
Responsibility and law
To the extent permitted by law, the operators do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. These terms are governed by South African law, subject to mandatory protections and jurisdiction rules that apply.
